Muscle & Joint balm - Cera Alba (Beeswax), Caprylic Capric Triglycerides (MCT oil), Argania Spinosa Kernel oil (Argan oil), Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Cannabidiol (CBD), Cannabigerol (CBG), Mentha Piperita (Peppermint oil), Eucalyptus Globulus (Eucalyptus oil).
Instructions of use
CBD oil: For new users, we recommended starting with 1 drop each serving, ideally morning and evening. Place drops under the tongue and hold for at least 3 minutes.
After 5 days if you don't notice any improvement, increase the dose by 1 drop each serving. You can continue to increase the dose until desired effects are reached.
Please note the FSA recommends not to exceed 70mg per day.

Topicals:
Apply directly to the skin as needed. Re-apply layers as and when required.
Roll on: Apply roll on to targeted areas for soothing comfort. For calm and relaxation, apply to pressure points, temples, forehead and chest.
Balm: Take a small amount of balm and warm it between your fingers, then massage into targeted areas for soothing comfort.
How to store
Store products in a cool, dry and dark place. Do not leave the product in direct sunlight or expose it to any heat. Keep out of reach of children.
Place oil under your tongue and hold for at least 3 minutes before swallowing.
Start with the recommended daily dose for a minimum of 5 days, then adjust gradually as needed.
Consistency is key. Use daily and allow time for your body to respond for optimal results.
Apply body oil & balm directly to skin wherever comfort is needed.
Focusing on the desired area, massage gently until fully absorbed.
Re-apply as often as required throughout the day.
