After your order has been dispatched, items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unopened, unused, and returned with seals intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of items that have been opened or used.

Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you and confirm receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If your order arrives damaged, we will arrange replacements as quickly as possible.
