Delivery - Free UK delivery for orders over £50.00

All orders are shipped with proof of posting and are insured against loss or damage.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation including your tracking number so you can follow your delivery online.

UK Delivery Options:

• Royal Mail 48hr Tracked: £3.55 (2-3 working days) – Free with orders over £50.
• Royal Mail 24hr Tracked: £4.55 (1-2 working days)
• Royal Mail Guaranteed Next day: £8.75 (on orders placed before 2 pm*).

*Please note: Next day service does not include Saturday & Sunday – orders placed after 2pm Friday may not be sent until Monday).

For international orders – Unfortunately due to our payment providers restrictions we are currently unable to ship outside of the UK. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Missing orders

All orders are sent with proof of postage and are fully insured.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.

Deliveries are carried out by third-party couriers and are therefore subject to their delivery terms and conditions. While we always aim to dispatch orders quickly, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or because delivery could not be completed through no fault of our own, we may charge a redelivery fee equivalent to the delivery cost plus a 20% administration fee. Please ensure delivery details are correct and items are accepted or collected promptly to avoid additional charges.

Should we become aware of any delivery delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge up until dispatch confirmation has been issued.
